Based in Foyers, a small village on the banks of Loch Ness, the Triodos loan has made it possible for the purchase of The Craigdarroch Inn. They also wish to establish local supply chains with food producers and local breweries and distilleries for the bar, upgrading the current offering to showcase much more local fare.
