Based in Leeds, LILAC is a community of 20 homes and a common house built to high ecological standards using cohousing design principles. Built from hemp and straw panels which were produced by another Triodos Bank customer Modcell, the site offers families the opportunity to own an affordable carbon negative house with the benefits of a cohousing community.
