East Cambs CLT Limited is working to improve the amount of affordable housing in East Cambridgeshire. As a Community Land Trust, they manage land and property to the benefit of the local community. With the help of a Triodos loan, they have bought their first two units, one of which will be sold on a shared ownership basis, the other being retained for long term affordable rent.
