To illustrate this, Acuity believes that its LED luminaires have saved 7.1b kwh in energy, which is equivalent to the annual CO2 emissions of 870.000 homes. Furthermore, Acuity also sells intelligent lighting controllers and sensors, to enable smart use of electricity and thus contributing to energy saving.
