What next?
A new debit card should arrive within five working days.
Unfortunately we do not have a facility to offer emergency cash in the instance where your card has been lost or stolen.
Freeze your card
If you cannot find your card, you can temporarily freeze it in the Triodos Mobile Banking App by going to ‘More’ then ‘Cards’, or in Internet Banking by going to ‘Self service’ then ‘Cards’.
Your access code and the last four digits of your card number can be found in internet banking. This block can be lifted if the card is later found in a safe place.
