The Real Food Pub Company aims to build up a group of country public houses in central and west England specialising in the provision of locally sourced, often organic, sustainable and seasonal food.
Investment is restricted to experienced private investors and investment professionals.

- Managed by a highly experienced team with a very successful track record. Founding Director Stephen Gee, also co-founded (1999) and is Chairman of Carluccio’s plc, which now has 31 outlets turning over approximately £1m a week.
- The Real Food Pub Company aims to be at the forefront of supplying not only locally sourced, organic, sustainable and seasonal food, but to go further by sourcing regional breed and free range meats, heritage fruits and vegetables, and home produced food.
- The company is already trading, having acquired the lease for the first pub - The Clanfield Tavern in Clanfield, Oxfordshire. The pub is operational and currently undergoing renovation. The company will seek a mixture of freehold and leasehold pubs.
- The Company intends to operate within the restrictions laid down by the Enterprise Investment Scheme legislation so that an investment in The Real Food Pub Company should be eligible for EIS taxation reliefs.
- Investment is restricted to experienced private investors and investment professionals. The minimum investment in this EIS fundraising is £5,000.
